Sarah Bibeau - Owner

With over fourteen years of experience training private clients and teaching Pilates and Group Training, Sarah takes great pride in helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their weight loss, health and fitness goals.  ​Sarah is committed to obtaining and maintaining the best possible training and certifications, and staying on top of the latest nutrition and fitness trends and research. She shares her knowledge and passion for fitness with her clients and students to provide high quality, effective workouts and nutritional planning, all delivered with a level of personalization that cannot be matched by large fitness facilities.

Michele Arthur - Spin Instructor

Michele has been a certified spin instructor for the past three years. Her fitness hobbies include running and cycling. Michele is currently in training for her second marathon after completing her first one this past May. Michele also loves to compete in du & triathlons and half marathons. Michele has three children and lives here in Upton.

Sarah Andrews - Pilates Instructor

Sarah has been passionate about movement for most of her life. She took her first ballet class at 7 and never looked back. She continued her dance journey after high school and obtained a dance minor from Mercyhurst College. It was there that she discovered Pilates and fell in love with the total body workout that strengthened, stretched, and toned in a single session.  She took her first Barre class a few months after having her second son and loved how it incorporated both dance and Pilates into a single, low impact workout. After years of a personal practice, she decided to share her love of Pilates and Barre with others and obtained her Balanced Body Mat Pilates and Barre Above certifications. Outside of the studio Sarah spends her time chasing her two young boys around and trying (usually unsuccessfully) to read as many books without pictures as possible.

Tabatha Daigle - Yoga Instructor

Tabatha is a Certified PiYo, Piloxing, and Butti Yoga instructor with over four years of teaching experience. Tabatha stays on top of the cutting edge fitness trends, bringing us the very best new programming in the industry! Tabatha is also a talented stylist and owns and operates Salon T. Daigle in Milford. She is driven to help her students and clients become the best version of themselves....her expertise, caring and compassion shines through in all of her classes! 

Pat Munsell - Fitness Instructor

Pat has been a Fitness Instructor for over 20 years and holds many certifications including Spin, Kickbox, Body Flow, YogaFit, and Prenatal and Children's Yoga. Pat is also a Registered Nurse and has worked full time in the Neo Natal unit at Tufts for 30 years. Pats is an avid runner and has completed 13 marathons to date! Pats passion for helping others, combined with her extensive knowledge and passion for fitness makes her an amazing, fun,effective instructor, and a wonderful part of the Core team!  

Eric Zisk - Personal Trainer

Eric has worked in the fitness industry all his professional career. Eric is a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and manager of corporate wellness programs. He has been teaching spin for over 6 years and enjoys mixing up his classes to give you a fun and challenging workout! His favorite types of exercise include balance training, road cycling, running, and swimming.

Lara Wahl - Yoga Instructor

Lara Wahl has practiced various styles of yoga since 1999 and has earned her certification at theSivanada Forest Academy in Kerela, India in 2005. After years of practicing and being fascinated by yoga, Back home, she decided she wanted to learn yoga from the source. Her experiences there were profound. While she was there she studied Ashtanga yoga Mysore, India as well. She studied Vinyasa yoga in Cambridge, MA at the Baron Baptiste Yoga Center as well as Kundalini Yoga at the Ashram in Millis, MA. She's taught for 15 years and loves the gift of healing and empowerment yoga brings in all of the various styles.

Her's is a holistic approach of integrating postures with proper breathing techniques, alignment, and meditation all into one fluid practice that is sure to help you regain your focus, center, and serenity while empowering and strengthening your body and mind. She lives in Upton, MA with her husband and 2 daughters. Lara is excited for this new chapter, to be joining the core fitness family.

Jackie Murrant - Fitness Instructor

Jackie has over a decade of experience as a Fitness Professional and has a wealth of knowledge and passion to share! 

She was a competitive masters women CrossFit athlete for many years & co-owned Old Colony CrossFit in Pawtucket RI. She has run the Ashland Half Marathon & in 2016  took the stage at Fitness Atlantic in the masters bikini division with Team Body Rock.

Jackie believes in functional fitness, things we do in the studio to make our lives outside of the studio more…HUMAN…sit, stand, push, pull, move fast, move slow…she has spent years studying fitness, nutrition & the human body. She loves high intensity work, but balances out as a devout Yogi as well.  Jackie's classes are appropriate for ALL fitness levels including NO fitness level. modifications for all movements are shown & encouraged.  Jackie is certified to teach Pilates, Power lifting, CrossFit, Bootcamp, Yoga and Spin! She has worked and coached pretty much anything that requires fun, energy & good amounts of hard work!!
